1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have exactly 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return requests submitted after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- You must provide the proof of purchase or order number associated with the account.
3. 100% Free Returns (No Restocking Fees)
- Return Shipping Fee: Free. Mtelhub will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00. We do not charge any restocking fees or administration fees for returns.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team by emailing support@mtelhub.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Print the prepaid label, securely package the item in its original box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. (Do not send items back to us without requesting a return first; unapproved returns will not be processed).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@mtelhub.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by providing a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
- Processing Timeline: The refund will be completed and credited within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to post the transaction to your account.
