1. Shipping Destination & Currency
We currently ship exclusively to the United States. All transactions, pricing, and shipping fees are calculated and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Shipping Cost
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional taxes added at checkout.
3. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling Time: 0 - 1 Business Day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before our cutoff time will be processed and dispatched within the same day or the next business day.
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed starting the following business day.
4. Transit & Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 14 Business Days from the date of purchase.
Please note that transit times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.
5. Shipping Carriers
To ensure secure and reliable delivery within the United States, we partner with trusted local and international couriers, primarily utilizing USPS, FedEx, and UPS for final mile delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information will become active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.
7. Delivery Address Changes
We can only change or update the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. If you need to change your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@mtelhub.com with your order number. Once the package is in transit, we cannot alter the address.
8. Parcels Damaged, Lost, or Missing in Transit
If you discover a package is damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the courier if possible and get in touch with our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact us immediately. In case of lost or verified missing parcels, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
